I've been using Caution for 4 months. I haven't experienced the nausea and stomach issues that many Pre Workout supplements have but I do get very jittery. I've also experienced a tingling sensation throughout my body. I feel that Caution gives me the alertness I need during my workouts. As for my workouts it couldnt be more amazing the past few months. All my workout have improved from me benching 315 10-12 reps instead of 295 for 10. My cardio has also improved, use to be miserable doing 20 min now i do 30-45 min like nothing. I love the pump and vascularity I get while working out while being on Caution and the best part is I dont crash. I crashed on every other pre workout I tried Caution is def the best out right now period. It keeps me going especially since im in the fitness industry.
